Due to hygiene reasons, hijabs cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 of delivery with your order number and photos of the item.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
